Fox Hill Hideaway has a high-end kitchen stocked with everything you need, floor to ceiling windows in the living room and a versatile sleeping layout. It has one king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one king-size bedroom with a shared full bathroom in the bonus room, a full-size (in the bonus room off of the bedrooms) and a queen sleeper in the living room upstairs.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
The primary renter must be 25 or older to book this property. You will receive a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking to e-sign and we require a copy of the primary renter's driver's license.

BUGS AND CRITTERS
Fox Hill Hideaway is a log cabin in the woods and although we have a pest control service that sprays monthly, you might see bugs on occasion. On rainy days especially it’s common to see millipedes trying to find refuge indoors. You may see bears, snakes, spiders, scorpions, and other wild woodland creatures during your visit - never leave food or trash outside, and watch your step!

AMENITIES PROVIDED
We provide a starter set of kitchen amenities for you to get settled in until you go grocery shopping. We provide dishwasher pods and trash liners on an as-available basis. We provide bathroom toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tp as well as dish soap and sponge. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. We don't provide zip locks, foil, Tupperware, cooking supplies etc however, we have salt, sugar, and a basic set of spices available. BYO coffee and charcoal. One sponge, dish towel and one dishcloth are provided by our cleaning team.

FIREPIT
Firepit use is prohibited in windy conditions and fire must not exceed 18” tall from the ground. Must not use lighter fluid and NEVER burn anything other than firewood. Evidence of burnt materials will result in loss of damage deposit. BYO firewood.

MOUNTAIN VIEW
There are no mountain views at this cabin. There are 5 cabins on this road and although we have neighbors, this is a small private road and not in an HOA. The cabin is at the end of a cul-de-sac.

INTERNET
We have high-speed internet of 340mbps! Please do not unplug router.

The nitty-gritty:
✔️ Max of 6 human MAX. If you exceed our limit your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be asked to leave. Reservation must have the correct number of guests, which can be amended anytime before your arrival.
✔️ Please note that the cabin is not fenced in.
✔️ NO PETS. $250 per pet will be charged to your reservation if you sneak in any animal.
✔️ NO SMOKING of any kind indoors.
✔️ There are no refunds due to weather, natural disasters, or power outages. You must purchase travel insurance if you need to cancel for any reason, including personal emergencies.
✔️ Please do not attempt to drain or refill the hot tub during your stay. Tampering with the mechanical panel is strictly prohibited.
✔️ We have an overhead security camera facing the driveway and an overhead camera facing the dead-end road above the stairs.
✔️ Please review your cancellation policy and kindly note that the credit card processing fee is non-refundable.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
